About the Role

Utilize your advanced knowledge of Smart Plant 3D to create and modify 3D models, including equipment, piping, and structural components, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project specifications, translate them into 3D models, and ensure alignment with design intent.
Optimize workflows and utilize Smart Plant 3D features and tools to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve project efficiency.
Generate detailed reports, drawings, and documentation from the 3D models, including equipment lists, material take-offs, and isometric drawings.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Smart Plant 3D, working closely with the project team and software support resources as needed.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing and maintaining project databases, performing regular data checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements related to Smart Plant 3D and other relevant software applications.
Provide guidance and support to team members regarding the use of Smart Plant 3D, including training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other disciplines, such as process engineering, electrical engineering, and instrumentation, to integrate their deliverables into the overall project model.
Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while delivering high-quality 3D models and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with Smart Plant 3D and a deep understanding of its functionalities, tools, and features.

  • Proven track record of successfully completing plant design and engineering projects utilizing Smart Plant 3D.

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Good understanding of plant design and engineering principles and familiarity with relevant industry standards.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Practical knowledge and experience with Smart Plant 3D will be given higher priority.

  • Familiarity with other software applications like AutoCAD or 3D modeling tools is a plus.

  • A portfolio showcasing past projects and 3D models is highly desirable.

Salary

€ 30.000 - € 45.000 depending on your qualification
